Nature of Service and Disclaimer The Website "Mark Six Metaphysical Number Selection System" (六合彩玄學選號系統) provides four metaphysical number-selection tools — Gann Chart (江氏圖), Lo Shu (洛書), Plum Blossom Divination (梅花易數) and Liuyao (六爻) — which apply traditional Chinese divination methods to infer Mark Six winning numbers. All results are for reference and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute any investment, betting or financial advice. Mark Six is a game of pure chance. Past winning results and any metaphysical inference do not influence, and cannot predict, future results. The Company does not guarantee any likelihood of winning, and shall not be liable for any monetary loss or betting behaviour arising from your use of the tools. 2. Account and Registration You must register with a valid phone number and complete verification via an SMS verification code. You must provide true and accurate information and keep your account and verification codes secure. You are solely responsible for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. 3. Free Trial New users enjoy a 7-day free trial upon registration, during which all four tools may be used in full. Once the trial expires without a subscription, you will no longer be able to use the full functionality. 4. Subscription and Renewal The Website operates on an auto-renewing subscription model: 1. Monthly plan HKD 68/month; yearly plan HKD 688/year; 2. Your subscription renews automatically by charging before expiry, unless you cancel it from the account page; 3. After cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle; no further charge or renewal will occur thereafter; 4. Payment is processed by PayPal; the Company does not directly store any payment card data. 5. Refund Policy As the Service is digital content that is activated immediately, no refund is available once subscribed. If the Service becomes unusable due to a confirmed system failure, you may contact us to discuss a resolution. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: 1. Transfer, share or rent your account to others; 2. Reverse-engineer, crack or bypass the Website's paywall in any way; 3. Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity; 4. Collect or harvest the personal data of other users. 7. Gambling Risk Notice Mark Six is a gambling game provided by the Hong Kong Jockey Club and is of a purely probabilistic nature. Please bet responsibly and within your means. Persons under 18 must not participate in any gambling activity or subscribe to this Service.
